Understanding credits
AI work, such as generating tests or asking the Assistant, uses credits based on the tokens consumed. Cloud sessions use credits based on how long they run. Both draw from the same balance.
Reading results, reviewing traces and screenshots, and editing test steps do not consume credits. The amount used by a generation or run depends on the work involved.
How credits workYes. Free includes a one-time grant of 1,500 credits and 1 GB of storage. The credits do not refresh each month. Create a free account in the app to get started. Review the current allowances in Settings > Billing.
Personal, Team, and Business cost 10% less when billed yearly. You pay the full year up front. The included credit allowance resets monthly with either billing option. Check Settings > Billing for the next credit reset date and the separate annual renewal date. Monthly-equivalent prices are rounded down to whole dollars; the exact yearly charge appears below each price. Estimated runs stay on a monthly basis for easy comparison. Free and Enterprise are not changed by the billing toggle.
Paid plans can purchase additional credit packs: 5,000 for $69, 15,000 for $209, or 50,000 for $699. Purchased credits do not expire. Included plan credits are used first.
Programmatic access starts with Team at 1,000 API requests per hour. Business includes 5,000 per hour; Enterprise includes unlimited API requests. Free and Personal do not include programmatic access.
