What we collect

This is a coming-soon site. We collect only the minimum data needed to notify you when TestVibe launches. We never sell personal data to third parties.

• Email address — when you submit the early-access form. Used solely to contact you about the TestVibe launch and product updates.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and referrer URL collected automatically on each request by our hosting provider (Netlify).

We do not collect payment information, account credentials, or usage data at this stage.

Analytics

This marketing site uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not build personal profiles. All data is aggregated and anonymised.

Because no personal data or cookies are involved in our analytics, no cookie banner or consent prompt is required under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive for this site.

How we use information

We use the data we collect to:

• Send you a notification when TestVibe launches or when early access opens.
• Respond to any questions you send us directly.
• Detect and prevent abuse of the sign-up form.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your email for marketing unrelated to TestVibe. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies & consent

This marketing site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. A single session cookie is set by the app itself when you are logged in — it is strictly necessary for authentication and is exempt from consent requirements.

If we ever introduce optional cookies (e.g. for preferences), we will ask for your consent first.

• Netlify — hosting and form handling for early-access sign-ups.
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, cookie-free, aggregated web analytics.

Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and handles data only on our instructions.
